RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We stand behind the quality of our products and want all our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return any item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To request a return or refund, please contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of receiving your order. Be prepared to provide your order number and the reason for your return or refund request.

Items must be returned unused and in the original packaging whenever possible. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if products show signs of wear or damage.

All shipping and handling fees paid are non-refundable. You will be responsible for any shipping costs related to returns at your own expense. Once we receive your return, refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.

Exchanges: We are happy to exchange any item(s) for a different size or style. To request an exchange, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Place a new order for the item(s) you wish to exchange, and be sure to select the “exchange order” option. Return the original item(s) to us unused at your own expense. Once we receive the exchange items and process your refund for the original purchase, the new order total will be reduced by that amount.

Sale items: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded for any reason. Clearance or coupon discounts may not be applied to returned or exchanged items.

Note: Our warranty doesn’t cover damage and/or return requests caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.

If there is any manufacturing error, please contact us and we will remake new glasses for you at no additional charge or issue a full refund after the issue is confirmed.
